Who among us doesn’t enjoy a fresh cup of coffee each day? According to this infographic from Printwand, Inc., over half of the population does exactly that. But coffee is much more complex than many of us might think.
All coffee comes from one of two basic types of beans, but there are plenty of different blends out there—and some of them are downright bizarre, ranging from yak butter to spicy taco. Some coffee blends are wildly expensive, too. Ospina, for instance, is made from beans that grow in volcanic ash and will set you back $120 a pound.
