Reduce the Risk of Heart Disease – One of the benefits of exercise is that it makes your heart stronger and can improve your circulation. When your blood flow is increased, it raises the levels of oxygen in your body. This can help lower the risk of certain heart diseases, like heart attacks, coronary artery diseases, and high cholesterol. It can also lower both your triglyceride levels and your blood pressure.

Manage Insulin Levels and Blood Sugar – Another thing exercise can do for your body is to allow your insulin to work better, which keeps your blood sugar stable.
