When I think about ham I also think cheese! This month I also happen to be participating in a fun recipe contest with Frick’s Meats where I made some delicious Ham and Cheese Pesto Pinwheels for those that are fans of ham and melted cheese like me! If you haven’t tried Frick’s Meats yet, you are missing out…
I received some of the Frick’s Hickory Sliced Ham which is tasty by itself! These slices go great in sandwiches but I wanted to get a little more creative with my ham and I created an appetizer that my family enjoyed using some crescent roll dough, Swiss cheese, Pepperjack cheese, pesto sauce and poppy seeds.
These yummy Ham and Cheese Pesto Pinwheels are easy to make! They are great to make as an easy appetizer idea or even a side dish that you can add to a meal!
