Big Mac Sauce on Filet-O-Fish: My Honest Review

I finally tried Big Mac sauce on Filet-O-Fish, and now I have a new way to enjoy one of my favorite McDonald’s sandwiches!

I keep seeing videos of people trying different fast food combinations. Sometimes they’re adding a different sauce, switching up toppings, or putting together something I never would have thought to order. This particular combination caught my attention because my son and I both enjoy the Filet-O-Fish.

When I told him about adding Big Mac sauce to our fish sandwiches, he said, “Let’s try it.”

So we did—and this one was a hit.

I Had Never Tried Big Mac Sauce Before

Here’s something that might surprise you: I have never eaten a Big Mac in my entire life. Before this taste test, I didn’t even know what Big Mac sauce tasted like!

That made this a first for me in two ways. I was trying the sauce for the first time and finding out whether I liked it on a fish sandwich.

And apparently, I wasn’t feeling shy about it. I added a big old spoonful to my Filet-O-Fish. No tiny dab to test the waters—I went right in.

Is Big Mac Sauce Good on a Filet-O-Fish?

For me, the answer is absolutely yes.

I already like the Filet-O-Fish, but adding that big dollop of sauce gave me another way to enjoy it. The combination tasted so good that I knew I would want it again.

I went into this curious, without knowing whether I would even like the sauce. After that first bite, I was already thinking about ordering it this way next time.

So, did I like it? Actually, I loved it.

My Son Found Another Way to Enjoy the Sauce

My son enjoyed the combination, too. In fact, he liked Big Mac sauce so much that he’s now adding it to his McDonald’s double cheeseburgers.

What started as a little fish sandwich experiment turned into a new burger addition for him, too. I’d say that makes this taste test a success for both of us.

It’s also been fun trying something together that we kept seeing people talk about online. This time, the result lived up to our curiosity.

Would I Order Big Mac Sauce on Filet-O-Fish Again?

Definitely! The next time I order a Filet-O-Fish, I plan to add Big Mac sauce again.

I’m glad we decided to give this combination a chance. It was a simple change to a sandwich we already enjoy, and it turned out to be something we both loved.
