This summer I had the opportunity to take a trip to Kissimmee, Florida where I got to visit Boggy Creek Airboat Rides for my second time. I was just as excited to go on an airboat ride the second time around as I was the first time. When I was little, I used to watch The Everglades with my dad and I remember wanting to ride on an airboat. Now I can say that I have been on one of these cool boats twice!

When you visit Boggy Creek Airboat Rides, you can take a 30 minute scenic tour in the Central Florida Everglades. Your driver will take you to explore nature that includes wetlands, cypress trees and definitely lots of wildlife at speeds up to 45mph. On our tour I seen a variety of birds, animals and even a couple gators!

I enjoyed the tour and wish it would have lasted a little longer. For me, I love seeing nature. Once the tour was over, our group headed to some picnic tables where we enjoyed a lunch and also had the opportunity to hold a little alligator. Not only did I hold the cute gator, I gave it a kiss too!

When I first got my iPhone, I couldn’t wait to buy cute cases for it. Then when I got my iPad, I started thinking of getting some cute cases for it as well. For me, it can be fun to decorate my electronics in cute and fancy cases.

Papier Plus Motif products When I found out about the Plus+ Motif cases from Papier de Masion, I got excited. These are cases for the iPad, Nook and Kindle that you can customize, that also have a notepad and pen on the inside. The concept is really simple and fun.

First pick out the case that you want from 16 different case colors.
Then pick out of the 72 motif designs that can snap onto your case to customize it.
Snap on and snap off to create your own custom iPad case.

Papier de Mason Plus Motif Cases When I travel, especially on blogger events I like to bring my iPad so that I can take notes with it. I LOVE that this case came with both a tablet and pen that can be replaced. Now when I take my iPad, I can take both notes with an app or take old fashion notes with a tablet and pen. I currently have two of these cases in the color red and gray but definitely want a few more colors since I like to change cases often.

Nutella Now Has A New Boutique

When I first heard about Nutella there was a lot of hype going around about the product. Since I am one that enjoys trying new things, I knew I had to get my hands on a container of the stuff. Once I brought it home and tried it on some toast, I was addicted. I then begin to think of different foods and recipes I could use Nutella with.

I am happy to announce that there is now a Nutella Boutique that you can find on their website. They have finally added an e-commerce store for their fans that features different Nutella® branded merchandise including t-shirts, messenger bags, spreaders, coffee mugs, tumblers and more!

I received a box of Nutella goodies to review and I couldn’t wait to wear my new and blue Nutella t-shirt. I first had intended just to wear it around the house. I had to run to the grocery store for a couple things and when I was checking out, the clerk mentioned that she loved my shirt. I looked down and said, “oh yeah, this is my new Nutella t-shirt” and smiled. I almost gave the t-shirt to one of my daughters but glad I kept it.

I am enjoying all of the Nutella goodies I received and can’t wait to see more products on their website. I think the option of buying the Nutella products in bulk might be nice. 🙂

How To Make A Grilled Artisan Pepperoni Pizza With #Pillsbury

One thing that all of my family LOVES to eat is pizza. For me, I like pizza for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Before I learned how to make my own homemade pizza, I would either order it from take-out or make it from one of the frozen varieties you can find at the store. Once I learned that making pizza is easy to make and a whole lot cheaper than take-out, I have been hooked. Being able to make it at home gives you the option to add your own ingredients and make it just the way that you like it.

This weekend I wanted to be creative with our dinner and decided to make pizza on the BBQ grill. I normally make our pizza in the oven, but it is summer now and the weather here in California can be a little too hot to use the oven. Even though I love a pizza with a variety of ingredients, my kids prefer just pepperoni, cheese and sauce. Now I will show you just how easy it is to make one.

First you will want to open the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Bread dough, unroll it and place it on a sheet of foil. Be sure to keep the dough in the fridge until you use it so the dough unrolls easily.

Next you will want to spread your pizza sauce. I used a brush to spread the sauce evenly on the dough. The amount of sauce will depend on how saucy you like your pizza.

I am always trying to add some extra flavor, so next I sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.

Next add the cheese. For me I use Mozzarella because it seems to melt the best for me, but you can choose whatever shredded cheese you like best.

Next add the pepperoni to the top of the cheese.

Now it is time to place your pizza on the grill. Since I have a family of six, I decided to make two pizzas to make sure we had enough. I made a pizza with the Pillsbury Artisan Pizza Dough as well as the regular Pillsbury Pizza dough.

The next step is going to vary on your BBQ Grill. We have a grill that uses propane, so we put the heat on low and grilled the pizza bout 25-30 minutes. You will want to cook on low because if you turn it up too much, your crust is going to burn.

Back To School Shopping With Kohl’s

A few years ago when the Kohl’s near me opened, I was excited. At that time I had only been to Kohl’s once at a store about 20 minutes away. I loved what Kohl’s had to offer and had wished that there was a location closer. Once they finally opened a store near me, I have been shopping there ever since.

When it comes to shopping for clothes, Kohl’s is one of my FAVORITE places to shop for clothes. It may not necessarily be the cheapest place that I could shop, but it is the one place that I can find clothes for me that I like, clothes for the kids as well as a variety of other things I like to shop for. In addition to clothes, you can find cool things for your kitchen like K-Cups for the Keurig, cake pop makers or even shop for items for your bathroom and bedroom.

One thing that I look forward to each week is the Kohl’s Cares items at the register for only $5 each. You can currently get a cute Curious George stuffed animal for $5 or the book. For those of you that have Curious George fans on your shopping list only $10 would get you two great gifts. It is neat to know that 100% of the profit of these items go to help children in need.

This week I will be taking the kids shopping at our Kohl’s to get some clothes for the upcoming school year. My youngest son will be starting kindergarten this year and I am hoping to find some cute outfits to start school with. I will be sharing my finds next week.
