I have been a fan of Hot Wheels since I was a little girl. I wasn’t too much of a tom boy but I did love to play with cars! Toy cars were fun but video games that simulate driving a car FAST has always been fun too! I will never be too old to play some race games!

All of my kids have their own Nintendo DS and 3DS game systems as my whole family loves to play games! Let’s just say I was a little excited to get a copy of the Hot Wheels World’s Best Driver for the Nintendo 3DS game system to check out.

Since I enjoy playing video games that involve racing and driving, I think this game is fun. I think it would be more fun if I was able to play it on a large screen. My son who is only 5 wanted to give the game a try. He said he liked it but it was kind of hard.

Just because I am a mom and I am married doesn’t mean that I can’t have a little fun with the hubby. There might not be a whole lot of time when the kids are not around but as a couple, we make time to keep the marriage afloat.
This past month I have been going to school full time. In between homework, work and spending time with the family, there isn’t a whole lot of extra time. When it comes to fun and games, you can always count on Hasbro to come up with new games to keep the family entertained as well as the classics! Hasbro has a game out called Chasin’ Cheeky (Elefun’s newest friend) that is a ton of fun for the little ones, especially if they like purple monkeys. I actually found out about the Chasin’ Cheeky Monkey at party with Hasbro in Chicago during BlogHer13 in July and I knew that my youngest would want to play with this new monkey.

Chasin’ Cheeky is a silly ring toss game where the players run around the room trying to put their colored ring on the monkey’s tall tail geared for children ages 3+. My son that is 5 thinks the monkey is entertaining. He couldn’t wait to play with it as soon as he found out that I had it.

Here is how the game works:

1. Race to be the first to get your rings on Chasin’ Cheeky’s tail and do the Chasin’ Cheeky dance together
2. Run, toss, and dance with Chasin’ Cheeky
3. Take the banana from Chasin’ Cheeky’s mouth to see the Chasin’ Cheeky dance
4. Place the banana back in Chasin’ Cheeky’s mouth and scatter your rings to play again
