One thing I have trying to do this year is eat more healthy. This past month I have cut back the sweets and have been watching my carbs. For me, I can lose a little weight by doing just those two things. When it comes to counting carbs I hate that bread can be high in carbs. I love bread and there are days when I could make a meal out of it.
