Summer vacation is officially over and the kids are now back in school. One way to make sure they are getting the fuel they need is by sending them to school with a lunch they love. I am one that loves most vegetables. My kids on the other hand do not and can be picky when it comes to the vegetables that they want to eat, especially my son.
