Captain America Experience App Review

I received an invitation to the Captain America Press Junket in LA where I got to test this fun #CaptainAmerica app. This is not a paid post and all thoughts are my own.

This week on my press trip in Los Angeles I had some fun with the Captain America Experience iTunes app. This is a new app that works with the iPhone4S or newer. I am normally picky with apps I install but come on, this one is for Captain America! For those of you that are fans, you will really get a kick out of this.

To have your fun with the app too, you must first download the app and then find a Captain America: The Winter Soldier movie poster. Once you locate a post, point your phone/iPad towards it and then see the poster come to life with a 3D Augmented Reality experience.

When I installed the app and pointed it at the poster for the first time, I was really impressed. I was like WOW, how did they do that. What I like is that you can use your camera on your device to take a picture with Captain America. If you want yourself in the picture with Captain America you are going to have to have a photo buddy or find someone else take it for you. If it is only you, you are going to get a really cool to impress your friends with.

Our whole group definitely had fun getting creative with our pictures. My friend Dawn from IAmAMommyNerd.com had just as fun taking a picture with Captain America too! Here is her pose:

Kellogg’s Nutri-Grain Bars – A Fast & Healthy Breakfast Option

On the weekdays, mornings at my house can be a little hectic. All four of my children go to school and it is a must that they are up by a certain time, ready at a certain time and they better eat a healthy breakfast to get their day off to a good start. Puracy Natural Cleaning Products Review

I don’t know about you, but I am picky about the cleaning products that I use in my home. See back in 2003 when I was pregnant with my daughter Hannah I had joined a home business opportunity that involved products that contained NO harmful ingredients. I learned about all the BAD stuff that is in those smelly cleaning products that I have never used them since. I only use natural products to clean my home that if ingested, it wouldn’t send you to the emergency room.

Cute Clothes For The Spring At Osh Kosh

When it comes to shopping for clothes for my 6 year old son, I LOVE the choices at Osh Kosh. This past weekend we took my son to Osh Kosh to find some new clothes for Spring. While we were in the store my son found a shirt that he insisted on having.

This section was in the baby boys clothes section and the largest size on this one was a 5T. I tried telling him that they didn’t make it in his size which is only a 6T. Even though he does have clothes that are a 5T that still fit, I didn’t want to buy anything new in that size. But I did. I gave in.

He even begged to change it in the store. The friendly clerk said it was fine. 🙂

In this picture below my son is rocking the OshKosh B’gosh “King of the Playground” Boys Tee. I love that it is long sleeved but also lightweight. His jeans our also Osh Kosh as well as his shoes.

My son LOVES the boys hoodies from Osh Kosh. I think I might have got him every one from this season. He has a red hoodie, light blue hoodie, dark blue and a couple of the grey ones.

I went to Osh Kosh with a $100 gift card to spend. I ended up getting my son two pair of pants, a pair of shorts, two boys hoodies and three shirts with the card. I only went over a couple bucks. I was once again impressed on how far a $100 can go at their store.

I went there for some Sprint clothes but you got to check out the deals on the clearance racks too! Osh Kosh seems to have the best deals in the clearance racks!

Again, my son LOVES the Osh Kosh hoodies. He has one for every day of the week!
