Earlier this year when I was in New York at the BlogHer Conference I learned about Philips Hue, a new line of lighting that I thought was really neat. The lighting consisted of palette of colors and the ability to control it from an app! I was tickled pink when I received a couple of the Philips Hue products to review.

I have had a passion for photography since I was a kid. My children always see me taking pictures and I get excited when I see that they have an interest in taking photos too! You can probably guess that I have a collection of cameras at my house.

When I was young I would easily throw away paperwork thinking that nothing would happen to it, that the paperwork was just going to the dump. After working at a collection agency for 8 years I heard many stories of people that were a victim of identity theft. I then learned to shred anything that had my personal information like social security numbers, bank account numbers and so on.
I now have a shredder that can shred up to 10 sheets of paper at once and can also shred credit cards and staples.

When I get out of the shower and get ready for the day I love spraying myself with perfume. I have been this way since I was a teen and have a collection of perfumes that I wear often and some that I wear on special occasions.
I just added some new fragrances from Vera Wang’s new Embrace line.
