My kids and I have been participated in the Listerine Oral Care Challenge. We were challenging ourselves to brush and floss at least 2 times per day. I put up a little chart in the bathroom and put on the stickers when we completed each day. With the chart in the bathroom, it helped to remind us to brush and floss whenever we would see it. Although we were not perfect with the challenge, we definitely seen an improvement with using mouthwash and floss.

For us, the challenge helped my daughter to brush in the morning. Sometimes it can be hectic in the morning and one of my children just might forget to brush before they head off to school. At night, we usually have a habit of reminding the kids to brush before they go to bed. We have tried to warn our kids of what can happen to your teeth, if you don’t brush and keep them clean.

Out of the Listerine products we used, this one is my totally favorite. I already used to use Listerine mouthwash daily, but this will be something I buy now in replacement of the regular Listerine mouthwash I had been using. Mouthwash usually burns your mouth and gums from the alcohol content. The Listerine Total Care still feels like it is working, but has less of a burning feeling when using it.

For the kids, they have been using the Listerine Smart Rinse products. These are made especially for children and come in attractive colors and flavors.
