This summer has been a HOT one this year in California. It has been in the triple digits all this week and I have been doing my best to stay inside out of the heat. When it comes to making breakfast my kids do love their eggs. Making scrambled eggs can get boring and that is where I like to get a little creative. Instead of just making eggs, I put those scrambled eggs into burritos and sandwiches and add cheese, bacon and whatever else might sound good.
