Disney’s Oz The Great and Powerful Movie Trailer

Since I was a little girl, I have always been a fan of the Wizard Of Oz. I remember always wishing there was a part two, but it never happened unless you consider “Return To Oz” a part two to the original. For some reason I only could watch that film once because it didn’t have an impact on me like the original and official Wizard Of Oz.

Now Disney is coming out with a moving that I know is going to be amazing geared towards all the Wizard Of Oz fans. Check out the trailer for Disney’s new “Oz The Great and Powerful” below:

Every year when the kids get out of school for summer break, I try to think of things we can do throughout their vacation to make things not only fun, but rememberable too! For me, I can remember my mom taking me on little vacations that meant the world to me. Now that I am a mom, I try to do things with my kids that will leave lasting memories in their minds too!

Get Outdoors Because July Is National Park & Recreation Month

As a child I always used to love going to the park. Growing up I always wanted to own my house house that was by a park that I could walk with my kids to. My dreamed happened. I have my house, I have my kids and I have a nice park a couple blocks away that we like to take advantage of.

This month it is time to…..

This month we have actually been taking more advantage of the park than usual. Not the past few days because the temperatures have been in the triple digits, but definitely when the weather has been good. Our park has two different playgrounds for the kids, baseball diamonds and even a public pool. This is one of the spots around in my neighborhood that people use to host birthday parties and other fun celebrations.

Parks can be fun, especially the old parks that have been around for years.

I would like to encourage you to celebrate National Park and Recreation Month and Get Wild with your family too! If you have kids, take them to a park near you and let them explore the outdoors and appreciate nature. You will find that many parks offer different programs that have developed to help inspire healthy, active lifestyles! I know that my park offers different programs for everyone including children, adults and even seniors.

Did you know that studies have been shown that parks can help boost the economy and also help contribute to the value of surrounding residential properties?

The Odd Life Of Timothy Green

Disney’s “The Odd Life O Timothy Green” is a movie that I am really looking forward to seeing. For those that haven’t heard of it, take a peek at the movie clip below:

 
I love that this storyline has such a unique twist when it comes to becoming a parent. I also love that Jennifer Garner happens to be a part of film!
