Disney’s Oz The Great and Powerful – “Argument Over Oz” Clip

There are lots of movies in the past that I was excited to see, but not as much as this new film coming soon from Disney…

Growing up I loved that in the movie “The Wizard of Oz”, the film not only had a good witch, but a bad witch too. I am really excited to see how these two characters will play their role in this new and upcoming film by Disney, “Oz THe Great and Powerful”.

Disney On Ice “Dare To Dream” Review

For those of you Disney fans in the Sacramento area, the Disney On Ice Dare To Dream is currently showing at the Sleep Train Arena. I was able to attend the first night of the show on Wednesday, but there is still time for you to attend a show too!

When we first arrived at the arena I was surprised on how many people were in line waiting to get in just to park. This was a show that I knew was Disney Princess themed, so I knew I was about to see a lot of little girls dressed up as the Disney princesses and I was right. It makes me happy to see these little girls so anxious for the show and dressed up all pretty like a princess. I happened to have all 3 of my princesses (too old to dress up though) with me and we were all excited to make it to our seats and for the show to begin. …

Disney’s Journey To Oz Balloon Tour – #DisneyOz

Today Disney has announced the launch of the “Journey to Oz Balloon Tour” to support their upcoming film “Oz The Great and Powerful” that is opens in US theaters and IMAX on March 8, 2013. This beautiful hot air balloon began it’s tour this morning from the Walt Disney studios in Burbank, California.

Below are the scheduled stops for this tour:

Feb 13 – Movie premiere at the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood.
Feb 17 – Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif.
Feb 20 – Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla.
March 5 & 6 – Central Park in New York City

This Friday on February 15, the “Journey to Oz Balloon Tour” app will go live on the official Oz The Great and Powerful Facebook page. With this new app, fans can unlock screenings in cities near them. Fans will have the ability to vote by Tweeting with a custom hashtag for their city (e.g. #DisneyOzSeattle) or by sharing on Facebook.

I wish I had the opportunity to see this beautiful balloon, but I will settle for seeing the movie on March 8 when it comes out!
