The other day I was in the mood to make a dessert that my family has not tried. I have a ton of different recipes in my bookmarks that I plan on trying, so I scanned to find which one I thought would be best to make. Since it is now Spring, I thought I would make something that seemed like a Spring dessert and made something I call as Strawberry Jell-O Pretzel Pie.

The other night I made my own mashed potato pie and my kids LOVED it. I decided to post my recipe on my cooking blog for those looking for an easy meal to make that kids will like (well my kids did). This recipe probably has most ingredients that are already in your freezer/pantry.
