For the last decade I have been using eco-friendly cleaners. When I was pregnant with my second child I learned about the dangers of all the harmful ingredients in some of the products I was currently using and decided to make a change. Once in a blue moon I may use something that is poisonous like a bleach pen to get out a stain but for the most part I am pretty eco-friendly when it comes to the cleaning products I use and keep stored in my house.

When it comes to my husband and jewelry, he likes his watches. A couple years ago I bought him a watch box, one of those neat jewelry boxes just for people who have more than one watch. When it comes to furniture my husband prefers wood. I thought it was pretty neat when I heard about a company that sells wood watches.

I was asked if I wanted to review one of these wood watches from Jord and I was excited. I couldn’t wait to show my husband that a company made watches with wood. As soon as I showed him the watches on the website he was excited too.

We received the Delmar series watch from Jord in white wood option. Out of the different styles of Jord watches on the site, this watch was one of my favorites as well as the color. This watch is also available in other wood options as well as face colors like green, blue, red and bamboo.

One of my favorite features of this Delmar watch is the carbon fiber face. You can find the Delmar watch with a red, blue and green carbon fiber face too for those who want a watch with some color.

As soon as my husband started wearing the watch he started getting compliments from friends and then others in public.  At least a half dozen people have already asked about the watch and where he got it.

I seen some women with these watches on which makes me want one of these watches for myself, but in a different style. I think the bamboo watches are pretty neat.
