One thing that I think about every single day is getting older. I am still in my thirties but the thought of turning 40 can be a little depressing. Since I feel young I want to stay young and looking young as long as I can. I try drink lots of water everyday, I stay out of the sun when possible and I try to always wear sunglasses when I am outdoors because I want to avoid those wrinkles, crows feet, laugh lines or whatever else you want to call them.
