One of my favorite things about using Rosina Meatballs is how versatile they are. You can keep them in the freezer and turn them into so many different meals depending on what you’re craving.
For this recipe, I wanted something quick, cozy, and perfect for a family dinner — and these meatball boats came together in no time.

Ingredients
- Rosina Italian Style Meatballs
- Hoagie rolls or sandwich rolls
- Marinara sauce
- Parmesan cheese – shredded
- Minced garlic
- Fresh parsley (optional)
How to Make Garlic Meatball Boats
- Bake the Rosina meatballs according to package directions.
- In a skillet add your meatballs, a couple pinches of minced garlic and some marinara sauce and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
- Hollow the top of your rolls. Lay 2 slices of provolone cheese over the top to cover the hollowed area. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, until melted
- Place four meatballs on top of the cheese in a row.
- Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.

This is one of those meals that everyone can agree on — and it’s so easy to customize too.
