Ingredients

• Rosina Italian Style Meatballs
• Hoagie rolls or sandwich rolls
• Marinara sauce
• Parmesan cheese – shredded
• Minced garlic
• Fresh parsley (optional)

How to Make Garlic Meatball Boats

1. Bake the Rosina meatballs according to package directions.
2. In a skillet add your meatballs, a couple pinches of minced garlic and some marinara sauce and cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
3. Hollow the top of your rolls. Lay 2 slices of provolone cheese over the top to cover the hollowed area. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes, until melted
4. Place four meatballs on top of the cheese in a row.
5. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley.

This is one of those meals that everyone can agree on — and it’s so easy to customize too.
