When it comes to my kid’s toys, I really prefer them playing with toys that are educational… Toys like fun cash registers like this one below.
We received one of the Tolo Cash Registers for review. While this toys says it is geared for children 12 months and up, my son who is five has been enjoying playing with it. He now has a cash register to use when he wants to play “store” with his sister.
Here is some of the features:
- Credit card swipe, complete with credit card.
- Coloured lights flash when credit card is swiped, along with sound.
- Register includes play money.
- The drawer rings when opened.
My son really loves to pretend like he is a store manager. He loves to put the money in the register but really loves to swipe the plastic credit card!

I love this, my 4 year old is always playing “store” so this would be great for her.
This is a cute register. My 5 year old loves to play store. He makes me go shopping and then he is the cash register guy (his words).
I prefer educational toys, too. This is cute and would go perfectly with our play food!
That is too cute! I’m glad to see a cash register that actually still uses cash. I saw one that just had a debit/credit card option and a place to sign. Crazy! This is much more educational!
I love these little cash registers. I used to have one in my first grade class for the kids to play with and one at home for the kids too!
Cash register are so much fun! The little ones get to but whatever they want!

This looks perfect for my 3 year old who loves to play with things and pretend to be a grown-up!
I think my grandson’s favorite part of this toy would be the credit card swipe! My grandson would love this cash register!

This would also be a fun way to introduce kids to money, denominations and of course sharpen their creative, imaginative play skills
Oh how fun! This is one of those toys that is totally fun and educational too.
