Ham and Cheese Pesto Pinwheels

An easy recipe for delicious Ham and Cheese Pesto Pinwheels that make for a great appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices Frick's Hickory Sliced Ham
  • 8 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 8 slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup Pesto Sace

Instructions

  1. Unroll crescent roll and shape into a rectangle on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 

  2. Add layer of Frick's Hickory Smoked Ham (4 slices)

  3. Layer all slices of cheese on top of ham. 

  4. Add second layer of Frick's Hickory Smoked Ham (4 slices).

  5. Roll up rectangle and then cut in 1" to 2" slices. 

  6. Layer your slices on the parchment paper on the cooking sheet. Brush top of each of the slices with pesto sauce. Sprinkle each roll with poppy seeds.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven. Allow to cool and serve.
