Candy Corn Bark Recipe

Ingredients

  • 22 oz white chocolate chips 2 bags of Ghiradelli Classic White Chocolate
  • 1 cup of Brach's Candy Corn
  • Wilton's Orange Icing Color optional
  • Wilton's Green Icing Color optional

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Pour melted chocolate on baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Spread evenly with spatula.
  3. Take toothpick and swirl in some icing color.
  4. Sprinkle candy corn over top. Press lightly to make sure candy corn partly in the melted chocolate.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.
  6. Once all of chocolate is firm, break into pieces. Store in airtight container to keep fresh.
