In a mixing bowl cream 3/4 cup shortening and 2 cups sugar.

In another bowl add eggs and with a fork slightly beat the eggs. Add milk, vanilla and stir for about 5 seconds. Add mixture to shortening/sugar mixture and mix for another 5 seconds.

Add 2/3 cup cocoa, 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking soda and salt to mixture and mix on low to medium speed for 2 minutes.

Using a tablespoon drop mixture into small mounds on a non-stick cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10-13 minutes. The little cakes are ready when you it springs back when you press your finger in the center. Once they are done remove from oven and cool on wrack.

Next you will make the filling. In a mixing bowl combine 3 cups confectioners sugar, 1 1/3 cup marshmallow topping, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and just enough of the a2 Milk® to give the filling a creamy and fluffy texture.

Spread filling on your baked little cakes and top with another cake to make Whoopie Pies.
