Bacon and Chard Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Rainbow Chard
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 pieces of bacon cooked
  • 1 pie crust uncooked

Instructions

  1. Crumble bacon and place on the bottom of the pie crust.
  2. In a mixing bowl beat the eggs and milk until they are light and fluffy. Add salt, pepper and cheeses.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust over bacon.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes on 350° until quiche is set and not wiggly.
  5. Cool for 3 to 5 minutes, serve and enjoy!
