Chunky Mango Guacamole

An easy and quick recipe for guacamole with mango.

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves (chopped)
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 mango


  1. Cut avocado in half. Remove seed and skin. Chop avocado into 1/2" cubes

  2. Remove seeds and ribs from serrano an discard. Chop remaining pepper into small pieces.

  3. Cut mango, remove skin and seed. Chop mango into 1/2" cubes.

  4. In a bowl add all of the ingredients and toss lightly to mix and coat to create a chunky guacamole. You may want to add a dash of salt to give it more flavor.
