Skillet White Bean, Chicken & Cheese Dip With S&W Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cans S&W White Beans drained
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 1/4 chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor add 1 can of S&W White Beans. Add sour cream and 1/2 cup of salsa verde. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into cast iron skillet. Add chicken and 1 1/2 cups of cheese and stir to mix.
  3. Add 1/2 can of S&W White Beans to top of mixture. Drizzle remaining salsa verde on top of mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with green onions.
  4. Bake at 375° for 15-17 minutes or until cheese is melted on top and golden.
  5. Remove from oven. Allow dip to cool for a few minutes before serving.
