Easy S'mores Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 15 Jumbo Marshmallows
  • 20 Graham Cracker Squares
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°. I used a cast iron skillet for this dip and preheated it inside the oven while the oven was heating up.
  2. While your oven is preheating cut your marshmallows in half and get your butter and chocolate chips ready to use.
  3. Once your oven is hot and ready remove the cast iron skillet with an oven mitt. Add the butter to the hot skillet and move it around so that the butter coats the bottoms and sides of skillet.
  4. Pour chocolate chips to create an even layer on bottom of skillet.
  5. Place marshmallow halves over the layer of chocolate chips making sure to cover all of them.
  6. Bake in oven for about 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
  7. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes to allow to cool.
  8. Serve with graham cracker squares and enjoy!
