Crockpot Chocolate Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 2 cups honey roasted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Dallies Sparkling Gold Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add white chocolate chips to bottom of crock pot.
  2. Add honey roasted cashews on top of chocolate.
  3. Cook on high for 45 minutes making sure to stir every 15 minutes to prevent chocolate from scorching on the bottom. Cook on low for an additional 15 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper. Spoon chocolate cluster mixture onto parchment paper to create little clusters. Sprinkle with Dallies Sparkling Gold Sugar.
  5. Allow the chocolate clusters to set and harden. You may speed this process up by putting chocolate clusters in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes.
