Summer Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Rotini Garden Pasta
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 red bell pepper diced
  • 1 cup cubed Colby/Jack cheese
  • 1/8 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 tbs white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Add pasta to large bowl. Add bell peppers, cheese, white vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Toss to mix ingredients throughout pasta.
  3. Add Balsamic Vinaigrette and cherry tomatoes. Toss lightly.
