I just LOVE reading books that involving helping businesses succeed. I recently was given the opportunity to review Traction: Get A Grip On Your Business by Gino Wickman. This is a business related book that is available at Amazon.

My Thoughts:

At first it took me a little longer than normal to get into this book. Once I got past the first chapter it got me really interested. Since I am a business owner, I wanted to know how to implement the strategies taught in this book into my own business. This book is geared towards those that own a business with employees, but a self-employed entrepreneur can learn some great information from this book too! This book discusses different tools that you can use to build a real leadership team for your business.

If you have a business that needs to GET ON TRACK, I recommend grabbing this book to read.

About The Author:

An entrepreneur since the age of 21, Gino Wickman has dedicated his life to learning what makes businesses thrive.

At 25 he took over the running of the family business, which was deeply in debt and in need of help. After turning the company around and running it for seven years, he and his partners successfully sold the company.
