I am so thankful for a free service I found last year provided by Mozy. It is a backup service that you can control to backup certain docs on your computer and what time you want to do it.
Luckily I have been using it because my laptop decided to CRASH, with all my important emails for my business. I logged into Mozy and thank heavens I had a backup of all my emails.
