Super Natural Home Book Review

When I was pregnant with my second daughter Hannah, I started using different chemicals to clean the house that were non-toxic. I was involved with a home business opportunity at the time that offered products that were non-toxic for your home. While I loved many of the products the company had to offer, the house cleaning products were my favorite. For years I cleaned with chemicals that were toxic and never thought it was affecting my health. Once I began using non-toxic chemicals to clean, I have never went back. This is when I first thought I was living a more eco-friendly or greener life.

I recently just finished the book Super Natural Home. This is a book by Beth Greer that I recommend to all of my readers. This book has made me think of living a green life in a whole level. In Super Natural Home, Beth Greer covers how to live a more green life by making small changes in each room of your house. I think about things that I have read in this book every single day. Whether I am eating, cleaning or even shopping,  I think about something that I have learned from this book. You might be surprised on how "green" contious you might already be. I noticed a few things that I am already doing the green way!

If you are looking to live a more natural and healthier book, I really recommend this book. Not only does she share some very informative information that you should be aware of, the book has a ton of great resources too! Beth's book Super Natural Home even inspired me to create a blog about organic living. I thought I would create a blog to publish stuff I learn along the way. My 12 year old has seen me reading this book and has even shown an interest in it. I am going to ask her if she would like to read it now that I am finished.

Who is Beth Greer? She is known as the Super Natural Mom, an award-winning journalist and holistic health advocate. She is author of the Amazon bestseller “Super Natural Home” and is host of “The Super Natural Mom Show” on Progessive Radio Network. You can find Beth Greer on Facebook and Twitter too!

Hell Yes! Book Review
Even though I work from home, my life always seems a little hectic. When I have too much going on, I tend to feel overwhelmed. I am just one of many thousands if not millions that feel overwhelmed and need some relief. For those of you that overwhelmed all the time, think about the following:

Do you really want to be one of those people who is always overwhelmed?

Imagine instead being highly productive yet more relaxed. Imagine waking up excited about what’s on your calendar, going through your day feeling energized and joyful, or even having nice, roomy holes in your schedule.

The trick is to do the things that are on your true path, and skip the rest. Before you commit to anything – a meeting, a lunch date, a favor for a friend, or even a new pair of shoes – ask yourself one simple question:

Is it a “Hell, yes?”

If not, then it’s a “Hell, no.”

I was very excited to receive this book. This is just what I needed. I am one of those that will do something because I don't want to hurt the person's feeling that asked me. Or I will do something because I feel that I should, rather I want to do it or not.

If you are someone that is always frantic and overwhelmed, give yourself a gift and buy this book. If you know someone who needs more time in their schedule, treat them to a copy of this cute little red book.

About the author:

Most days, Elizabeth is the CEO and creative director of Tribe, Inc., a marketing company working with world-class brands like UPS, Coca-Cola Enterprises, Chick-fil-A and Porsche. But sometimes she writes books instead.

Her other books include “How to Run Your Business Like a Girl: Successful Strategies from Entrepreneurial Women Who Made It Happen,” which was an Amazon Top 1,000 Bestseller, and “Beach Wisdom: Life Lessons from the Ocean.”

Baskin lives in Atlanta with her husband Steve, son Sam and Border collie Lucy. Her stepson Cameron is in college at Appalachian State University in North Carolina.

The Baby Fat Diet Review

It had been a quite some time since I read an actual book. I do a ton of reading, but everything I normally read is online as in website content, e-books, articles, etc. When I received a copy of The Baby Fat Diet, I immediately started reading through the first few pages to see what was inside. I have been wanting to lose at least 10 pounds and looking for some ideas to help me get started. I have been successful at losing weight in the past by watching carbs, but that diet is something that is so hard for me. I love bread, pasta and potatoes and those are loaded with carbohydrates.

The Baby Fat Diet book is geared towards moms who are pregnant, but is actually a good read for anyone that has been or is currently pregnant. There are some moms who have had children years ago that are still looking to lose their baby fat. I read most of the chapters in this book when I was walking on the treadmill at the gym. While reading this book, it gave me the incentive to keep walking longer than I normally would. See, I usually get bored at the gym and end up leaving after about a half an hour or so.

There is some really good information in this book. You can learn what foods to add to your diet to help you lose weight. What is the right and wrong types of food to eat. When you should eat and what. How much you should eat and what is too much. This book is truly filled with some great information.
