“Welcome to the new generation of freebie sites,” said Jonathan Manzi, founder and president of the newly launched V-Bux Network. The eight month project of creating V-Bux, was finally finished by Jonathan Manzi, his crew of three programmers, two designers, and two subsequent employees as it launched on Friday, December 29th. We had a chance to sit down with Manzi to discuss the new network, and why he believes it will soon be one of the top freebie networks on the web.

Paul Johnson: Tell us about V-Bux’s revolutionary concept?
Jonathan Manzi: Go to any one of our five sites. Upon arriving, I think you will see what I mean. We aren’t your ordinary everyday Freebie Network. We are the real deal. As cocky as that sounds, it is exactly what we have etched out in our business plan, one that took over eight months to develop and modify. By following the (E3) model (Exceeding Expectations Everyday) we plan to revolutionize the industry by seamlessly combining top-level professionalism with an unparalleled personal, friendly environment.
Incentivised marketing, the formal name of the “freebie industry” is unlike any other market present offline or online. Simply put, it is the only industry that substantially benefits all parties involved. Not only does it benefit the advertiser, but it benefits the affiliate network, the ‘freebie’ network, and you, the end-user. No other means of advertising successfully benefits more than three parties as incentivised marketing does. At V-Bux, we want to harness this power, and use it to take the ‘freebie scene’ to the next level.

Paul Johnson: Please give us an example of your revolutionary concept in action.
Jonathan Manzi: Sure. All our employees created AIM screennames for the sole purpose of talking to customers about UNRELATED issues that don’t have anything to do with V-Bux. Whether it be about sports, the weather, TV shows, relationship tips and advice, we are all ears. Why are we doing this? We are humans too, just like you. Paul Johnson: Tell us about the history of V-Bux?
Jonathan Manzi: Following extensive industry research and the compiling of a sound business model, V-Bux officially began formal development in February of last year under a different network name. A trial run open to two hundred members was initiated in March and lasted one month’s time. During that time, we shipped out seven prizes. Following this trial period, a new design was implemented, and the idea of V-Bux and its parent company, the Vintage Network, was solidified.

Paul Johnson: The Vintage Network, what is that?
Jonathan Manzi: The Vintage Network, located at www.vintagenetwork.com serves as V-Bux’s parent company. (That’s how V-Bux got its name. V-Bux is the form of currency that is used by the Vintage Network) Plans and development for Vintage are well underway and it will offer many exciting features and services, most of them free. At this point, however, I can’t elaborate anymore on the matter.

Paul Johnson: We see you already have an extensive proof gallery. What is this from?
Jonathan Manzi: Our proof gallery is generated from our test/trial phase that was performed in March.

Paul Johnson: How many sites is V-Bux comprised of?
Jonathan Manzi: Currently, five sites: apple.v-bux.com, bose.v-bux.com, dell.v-bux.com, logitech.v-bux.com, and sony.v-bux.com. We have plans to add two more by the end of January.

Paul Johnson: What countries are the V-bux sites open to?
Jonathan Manzi: Membership is currently open to residents of the US, Canada, and the UK.

Paul Johnson: How many people work for V-Bux?
Jonathan Manzi: V-Bux currently employs one full-time and three part-time employees, in addition to myself. Our goal is to answer all inquiries within twenty-four hours, no matter what. As we grow, we will continue to add and train employees to guarantee that this goal is always met.

Paul Johnson: Are there any current promotions that we can pass along to our readers?
Jonathan Manzi: We will be adding a few in the month of January. For now, all members who submit a suggestion via a support ticket in the Member’s Area, will be generously compensated if we use the suggestions. Also, all members who report bugs, whether they be script errors or typos, will be rewarded in some way.

Paul Johnson: How often will you make approvals?
Jonathan Manzi: We plan to process approvals three times per week, and we have made arrangements with various shipping companies to ship on Fridays of every week.

Paul Johnson: What do you plan the average shipment time to be?
Jonathan Manzi: All items will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. UPS is V-Bux’s first choice, their tracking is great and prices are low, and their average delivery time is 3 days.

Paul Johnson: Do you have any plans for new sites in the future?
Jonathan Manzi: Yes. We plan to release at least two by the end January, and another five to ten by summer.
