I just came across this site a couple days ago called MyLot. It is like an online forum but the looks are way different then any forum I have seen before. You can create discussions and also respond to discussions. You earn money from your participation and are paid based on your level of activity.

For those that don't know, forums are a free way to advertise.
On alot of forums, you can add a signature file which can include
a link to your site. For every post, your link will be added. So
just think, the more posts, the more incoming links to your
site.
Here is a few forums I recommend joining as they allow
siganture files and have special spots just for advertising.

I am always looking for free website templates because I am always creating new sites and I simply just don't have time to create my own templates.
