I haven't blogged in over a month. Let's say things have been a little hectic around my house. My grandmother passed away last month on April 22 and things just haven't been the same. You never know what you have until it's gone. Unfortunately I didn't get to say goodbye but I know my grandmother is watching over me right now.
I will be moving into her house which will now be my house within the next two weeks. I have alot to do before I move. I have been dealing with taking care of her estate since her death. I am now the only "Partin" here in California. Well, I am sure there are more but none of my family members.
My grandma lived a long life and died at an early age of 69. I just now wish I would have spent more time with her. I moved in the same neighborhood as her 1 year ago. I was hoping that my daughters would be able to walk home from school to her house to visit her. But things happen for a reason I guess.
I know she will be missed very much.
