Fiber One 50 Calorie Yogurt Review And Safeway $50 Giveaway

For the last few months I have been trying to eat a more healthy diet. This included cutting back on eating out at fast food restaurants. I have been clipping coupons and saving money by preparing budget friendly meals for my family.

One thing that I try to eat often that is affordable is yogurt. I have heard the benefits of yogurt so I have let it be one of those foods that are kind of guilt free for me. Have you heard of the new Fiber One Yogurts? Is is the only leading nonfat yogurt with only 50 calories and 5 grams of fiber. Don't forget it is also a good source of calcium and vitamins A and D. Again, I think this should be a guilt-free treat for many of us. Even best-selling author and food expert Lisa Lillien, Aka Hungry Girl has given the new Fiber One Yogurt her "seal of approval".

What I like about the yogurt is the variety. My all time favorite is the Key Lime Pie. Oh, so good! This yogurt is nice and creamy, just how I like it. You should also take a peek at the other sales that Safeway is currently having. I seen the ad for my local Safeway today and will be taking a shopping trip there tomorrow.
