My Poor Poor Plants

This winter is really taking a toll on the flowers in my front yard. See, I used to have just a few plants until my mom decided to bring me a ton of different plants in different size planters. I woke up one day to having about 10 times the amount of outdoor plants in outdoor planters than I had the day before.

I have been wanting to plant some more bulbs in one of my flower gardens in the front. I love when I plant something then I wait for months and a pretty flower blooms. I just love bulbs! I also have two big window box planters that need more plants. Right now with it being winter, my plants look like they could really use some sun.

When is the best time to plant new plants?
