One thing I don't enjoy about owning an older vehicle is all the repairs that come along with it. When I was younger, I used to think that auto repair shops would overcharge me just because I was a female and young. Now I leave all the repairs for my husband to deal with.
Their is a website called Repair Pal that looks useful to those looking to find a repair shop for their car. You can find shops, get estimates, read reviews and more. For example, you can can find estimates for a brake job. You can also search by state or zip. So if you are looking for Dallas auto repair, you would put Dallas in the search box. There is also a drop down box at the top to search by the type of vehicle you have. Got a Chevrolet Silverado, select Chevrolet and click Get Estimate. You will then be taken to a screen to select the model.
Anyhow, might be a good site to bookmark for future reference!
