Time To Be More Healthy
I mentioned in my post earlier that I got a gym membership today. I have also been thinking of adding some supplements to my diet. I read somewhere today or yesterday that the B12 vitamin helps with the metabolism. I know I should be taking a daily vitamin if anything. There are a ton more supplements I should look into too! I was reading earlier that the beta glucan can help reduce the risks of cancer. I have never been too worried about my health until recently. Seems like I am having a hard time keeping of the weight and I am only getting older.

Do you take supplements, vitamins, etc?

I have just recently started working out after 15 years of sitting around. I haven't started taking vitamins but I have started drinking Monavie Juice which is amazing. my website is www.mymonavie.com\lisaarnold. drinking 2-4 ozs a day is the as eating 13 servings of fruits & veggies a day. It is an amazing juice.
