Sleep Is Important
Sleep is very important for your health. As you know, when you don't get enough sleep you may become very grumpy and tired. This is how I get when I don't get enough sleep. I know that my body needs at least 8 hours of good rest to make the next day enjoyable. Sleep is something our bodies need to do each night. Sleep is not an option for your body. Even though the exact reasons for sleep remain a mystery to us, we do know that when we sleep many of our body's major organ and regulatory systems continue to work.
