Let There Be Rain

Last week we had the water district out in front of our house putting in new water lines. We are going to soon be metered for our water. Oh joy! Anyhow, they had messed up our yard while in the process. They sprinkled this weird green stuff on our lawn. I am guessing it is some type of fertilizer and said after the rain on Thanksgiving, it should start growing some grass. I was thinking, what if it does not rain? Well, tomorrow is Thanksgiving and its starting to rain outside right now. I am hoping the rain continues and this weird green stuff on my lawn starts growing into grass.
