House Problems

Owning a house might not be the best thing in some cases. When I lived in an apartment and something went wrong, I would call the maintenance man and it would be fixed at their cost. Now when something breaks, I am the one responsible. We found out last night that my water heater is leaking. I am not sure what is going to be needed to fix this thing, hopefully not a replacement because I cannot afford to replace this thing. I called Sears since it is a Kenmore appliance and they said they would be out on Wednesday. Seems like one thing after another with this house.
