Walking For A Cause
Have you ever walked for a reason? I am not talking about for your own health, but for a cause. I remember my first walk for a cause was for the March Of Dimes. Well, aging is something you can walk for. You can participate in The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk®.

If you participate, this is one of the nation's largest event to raise awareness and money donations for Alzheimer care, support and research. This event is asking for volunteers of all ages to help fight against Alzheimer's. If you are interested in a Alzheimer's Memory Walk , there are walks in more than 600 different communities. A walk is just around 2-3 miles and is usually on a Saturday or Sunday in the fall.

Those who participate with the Alzheimer's Association can walk are helping move the world closer to being without Alzheimer's. Do something good and find a walk near you and get started.

Until Next Time
