I am one that always puts off doing my taxes until the last day. I actually dropped off my documents at H&R Block on the 14th and went in to sign on the 15th. This is the first year that I actually owe taxes instead of getting a refund. What a bummer that was. I also paid a arm and a leg for them to prepare my taxes. For years I did my own taxes but once I bought a house and became self employed I just figured I would pay to have them done. After paying almost $500 for tax preparation, I think I am going to do them myself next year!

Wow, that is heavy for tax preparation. Maybe next year you should look on one of the forums for someone, maybe a mom doing it as a home based business. Just a suggestion.
