I used lulu.com to publish my eBook about selling on eBay (wholesale sourcing guide). Anyway, it was free and easy, company's like this are great, thanks for the recommendation. I will check it out!
Make money for publish our own content, this Triond site is useful for this purpose. I think its really worth. The royalties are based on the content or any other?
