Looking For A New Dog

I am thinking of adopting a dog for our family. Tonight I was looking at our local SPCA and on Craiglist for something. I didn't find any pet that I felt like I had to have. I was only looking at the listing with pictures though. I am looking for the right dog.

I used to have a real small dog that would fit in one of those cute dog carriers. I miss having the dog but I don't miss what came along with having the puppy. Right now the only pets that we own are 3 chickens that run around in our back yard. Oh yeah, and 1 fish in the kid's room. We used to have a white pit bull that lives with family members that we are trying to get back. We went through a phase where we decided we didn't want to have any pets. The little dog I had would not potty train for nothing, that is why we found her a new home. I did not have the patience to clean up the dog mess every day. So now I am thinking of finding one that needs adopted that already is potty trained.
