Houston Fun For The Family

Have you been to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo? I have not been yet but am hoping that I will be able to go one of these years. The next one is coming up March 3, 2008 to March 22, 2008. I am having a baby in a couple months so no taking any trips for me anytime soon. For those that can attend, it is going to be lots of FUN for you and your family.

If you are interested in livestock, they will be having some shows you will want want to miss. All across the United States, livestock producers come to the show to try to receive championship titles. The exhibitors can compete in livestock categories from llamas to bulls. The winners will receive publicity and accolades that will help them with the development of their breeding programs.

Don't forget about the entertainment they will have there like the music concerts. Some of the artists that will be performing are Faith Hill, Tim McGraw, Miley Cyrus, Rascall Flats and more! They will also have plenty of activities for the children like a birthing center and kid carnival.
