Have You Planned For Your Future?
I am only in my early thirties and am always concerned about the future. I lost my dad when I was only 25. When my dad died, it was very unexpected and my dad hardly planned for it. When he died all the burial expenses and such were covered by my family members. A few years later, I lost my grandmother. Her death was also unexpected but she did have some sort of a plan. She had life insurance which helped. When she died, I became the executor of her estate and had to hire an attorney to help me with the laws and such. I had to pay all her bills that were outstanding, handle the sell of her home and everything that goes along with it. Now that I know what happens when someone dies, I want my family to be prepared. I plan in the near future to get have a will prepared, so the state does not designate where my stuff goes.

If you are concerned with your future and are in the AZ or NV area, I would recommend contacting Morris, Hall and Kinghorn, located in Arizona and Nevada. They are an estate planning law firm. They can help you with estate planning as well as any elder law issues or concerns you may have. It is never too earlier or too late to start your plans for the future.

Until Next Time
