Need A Business Card Reader?
I must say, today is the first time I have seen a business card reader. I think they would come in handy for many people as many people in the "business" scene like to trade and collect business cards from their co-workers, contacts, classmates, etc. With the software Scan2Contacts you would place the business card into the business card reader and it is going to read the information on the card. It is going to scan the information it read and save it as a contact in Microsoft Outlook. The text data it reads is extracted and inserted into the appropriate contact fields, the image is also kept and attached. Got a ton of business cards, it only takes a few seconds per scan!

Scan2Contacts will eliminate the need to manually type new leads into your Outlook program because it will create complete and accurate contact information for your lead in just seconds. I am not sure when I will be buying one of these but I am sure it will be on plenty of your Christmas wish lists! They even have portable business scanners for those of you always on the go. A great asset for the Outlook fanatics!

Enjoy
