With the way the world is today, you never know what your teen is going to be exposed to or what they are already involved with. There is a website called Help For Teen Drug Abuse that offers valuable information to parents about teen drug abuse.

There is a section called "34 Warning Signs of Drug Abuse" that every parent of a teen should read. You may not think your child would ever put themselves in that situation but with the peer pressure of other teens you should always be that one step ahead and know the signs.

This website also offers other information and resources too. They have a toll free parent line offered to parents so they can speak with consultants. On top of that, they have a free video for download that shows other parents explaining the resources they found helpful when helping their teen. Also, don't forget to sign up for their free resource catalog that has information on residential centers, treatment centers and specialty schools.
