What Is FELA
FELA is the federal employer's liability act that was passed by the government in 1908 to protect our injured railroad workers. This act gives our engineers, brakemen, switchmen and other railroad employees the right to sue for on-the-job injuries they incur in our state or federal courts. They are also FELA attorneys to handle these types of cases too!

If you or someone close to you have been involved in a railroad accident or injury it is very important to have an attorney who knows the FELA and has experience in railroad law.
